Skin Boosters
The Science of Tissue Hydration & Skin Quality
Skin boosters are injectable treatments formulated with stabilised hyaluronic acid — a molecule naturally present in the skin and essential for hydration, elasticity and structural resilience.
Unlike dermal fillers, which are designed to remain in a defined area to create structure or volume, skin boosters disperse evenly within the tissue. Their purpose is not to change facial shape, but to improve hydration and overall skin quality at a cellular level.
The result is skin that appears fresher, smoother and more luminous — without altering your natural contours.
Natural. Subtle. Well-maintained.
What Happens Within the Skin:
Phase 1 — Hydration Activation
In the days following treatment, hyaluronic acid binds water within the dermis, restoring internal hydration and improving overall skin comfort.
Phase 2 — Tissue Support
Over the following weeks, improved hydration supports elasticity, texture refinement and skin resilience.
Results are progressive, cumulative and designed to enhance how your skin functions — not just how it looks on the surface.
Treatment Protocol
For optimal and longer-lasting results, an initial course of 2–3 treatments spaced approximately 4 weeks apart is recommended.
This allows hydration and tissue support to build progressively rather than relying on a single intervention.
Maintenance treatments are then tailored to your skin’s response, lifestyle and long-term goals.
Treatment Options & Investment
Revs Pro 32
Targeted Hydration & Radiance Support
A skin booster focused on improving hydration levels, refining surface texture and restoring radiance to dehydrated or dull-looking skin.
Often chosen as part of a structured skin maintenance plan or as an entry point into injectable skin quality treatments.

Course of 3 — £Profhilo® H+L
Advanced Bio-Remodelling
A widely recognised bio-remodelling treatment formulated with one of the highest concentrations of hyaluronic acid available.
Designed to improve skin laxity, firmness and tissue quality without adding volume.
Rather than acting purely as a hydrator, Profhilo stimulates tissue remodelling pathways that support collagen and elastin regulation, improving overall skin integrity.
Suitable for the face, neck and other appropriate anatomical areas experiencing reduced firmness or elasticity.
Single Treatment — £
Course of 2 — £
Course of 3 — £Maintaining Results
Hyaluronic acid is naturally metabolised by the body over time.
Following completion of a course, maintenance treatment approximately every 6 months is commonly recommended to sustain hydration, elasticity and tissue quality.
Maintenance planning is always personalised following consultation.

Polynucleotides
DNA Bio-Restoration for Skin Quality & Tissue Resilience
Polynucleotides (PN) are advanced bio-regenerative injectables designed to improve how skin functions, repairs and ages.
Unlike treatments that add volume or simply hydrate, polynucleotides work at a cellular level, supporting tissue repair pathways, collagen regulation and structural resilience over time.
This treatment does not change facial shape.
It strengthens the tissue itself. Results are gradual, natural and cumulative — designed for those who want to look healthier, fresher and more confident without looking “done.”
Why a Structured Course Is Recommended
Skin regeneration follows biology — not trends.
For meaningful and sustained improvement, a structured course of three treatments is typically recommended.
Phase 1 — Activation
Supports cellular repair pathways and initiates tissue response.Phase 2 — Collagen Support
Encourages fibroblast activity and improves structural integrity.Phase 3 — Consolidation
Stabilises tissue response and strengthens long-term resilience. This progressive approach builds genuine tissue improvement rather than temporary change.
Targeted Treatment Protocols
(2ml per anatomical area)
Each treatment uses a full 2ml syringe of high-purity, CE-marked polynucleotide product.
Dosing is based on anatomical planning — not superficial placement. The Wide Awake Eye
Improves resilience and texture of delicate under-eye skin.
Softens fine lines and crepey appearance without adding volume or drawing excess fluid.Full Face Regeneration
Supports global skin strength, elasticity and surface quality for a refreshed, well-rested appearance.
Neck & Décolletage Restoration
Improves thin, environmentally stressed tissue and enhances structural support.
Hand Rejuvenation
Strengthens thinning skin and improves overall resilience.
Scar & Skin Revision
Supports tissue remodelling in areas affected by acne, surgery or trauma.

For clients seeking both immediate skin luminosity and deeper tissue regeneration, a structured combination protocol can deliver optimal results.
Skin boosters and polynucleotides work through different biological mechanisms. When carefully sequenced, they complement one another — supporting both surface hydration and underlying tissue resilience.
This is not a trend-driven “package.”
It is a planned regenerative strategy. The Science Behind Combination Treatment
Skin Boosters
Support dermal hydration, elasticity and surface refinement through stabilised hyaluronic acid.
Polynucleotides
Support cellular repair pathways, fibroblast regulation and structural resilience at a tissue level.
When integrated within a structured protocol:
Hydration improves tissue responsiveness
Regenerative pathways are activated
Collagen regulation is supported
Skin function and resilience improve progressively
The result is skin that looks fresher, stronger and more refined — without altering facial shape.
Who This Protocol Is Designed For
Combination programmes are particularly suited to:
Early to moderate skin laxity
Thinning or fragile tissue
Under-eye concerns with structural weakness
Dullness combined with loss of elasticity
Clients wanting both immediate glow and long-term improvement
Those committed to structured, healthcare-led treatment planning
Suitable for:
Full face
Under eyes
Neck
Décolletage
Hands
Arms
Structured Treatment Phases
Each programme is individually designed following consultation, but may include:
Phase 1 — Tissue Activation
Polynucleotides initiate regenerative signalling and support cellular repair pathways.
Phase 2 — Hydration & Integration
Skin booster treatment enhances dermal hydration, supporting elasticity and improving surface quality.
Phase 3 — Consolidation
A final regenerative or hydration session reinforces structural improvements and stabilises results.
Spacing is planned according to biological response — not convenience scheduling.
What You Can Expect
Results are progressive and cumulative.
Clients commonly report:
Skin feeling stronger and healthier
Improved texture and refinement
A more rested, refreshed appearance
Increased confidence without visible alteration
The aim is not transformation.
It is restoration and optimisation.Investment
Combination protocols are individually planned depending on:
Treatment areas
Product selection (e.g. Nucleofill, Revs Pro, Profhilo®)
Number of structured phases required
Exact investment is confirmed following consultation and clinical assessment.
A Healthcare-Led Approach
All protocols are designed within a regulated, structured framework.
Only CE-marked, UK-sourced products are used.
No over-treatment.
No unnecessary layering.
No trend-driven decisions. Each intervention must be biologically appropriate and clinically justified.
Is This Right For You?
Combination protocols are ideal for those who:
Prefer long-term skin health over quick fixes

Do I need a consultation with a Nurse Prescriber for anti-wrinkle treatments?
Yes. To comply with UK medical law, all new clients must have a face-to-face assessment with our Nurse Prescriber. Once they have cleared you for treatment, I (Mr Aesthetics Nurse) will perform your procedure. This ensures your safety and a bespoke clinical result.
Why do men pay more for Anti-Wrinkle treatments?
Men typically have stronger, denser facial muscles than women. To achieve a successful result that lasts, a higher volume of product is required.
Is the AI analysis really necessary?
Yes. It allows us to see proportions and asymmetries that the human eye might miss. It ensures we treat the cause of an aesthetic concern (like mid-face volume loss) rather than just the symptom (like a fold near the mouth).
